Focusing On What’s Most Essential To Your Business
How you feel about your time can be one of the best indicators of how well your business is doing. If you have too much time you might feel bored, lazy, or even depressed. If you have not enough time you could feel overwhelmed, busy, or distracted.
In either case the underlying cause is the same. You’re not focusing on the right things in your business.
As an entrepreneur or small business owner your success or failure will be determined by your ability to be productive – to produce. Whether it’s producing sales or producing what you’ve sold, your production is all that matters.
If you’re letting yourself get distracted on websites, business cards, marketing strategies, personnel problems, internal systems and procedures that should be delegated to others, or any number of the other non-production activities in your business, you’re missing the mark.It's critical for small biz owners to separate important from unimportant.
