Every single day for the month of January I took intentional action with the intent of improving myself and growing my business. I committed to reading, meditating, exercising, and releasing a blog post and video every single day for 31 days. Here are the results and what I learned from the experience.

I totally get the need for the prep work. I’ve spent most of the past 4 years on the inner work of acknowledging and healing from abuse and neglect, addressing my emotional health needs and letting go of limiting beliefs. That work has been invaluable. But at some point I had to take those skills and test myself – get in the game and stretch my legs. And in taking action I’ve learned things, refocused, and changed strategy because of the lessons and experiences I could never have had without actually putting myself the situation to experience and learn.It feels great to get past the fear, doubt, and anxiety and just start living and growing again.
