So many business owners feel like they’re under-performing, while simultaneously feeling like they need to hold back for one reason or another – to help their people, to compromise with a prospect, to over-deliver to a customer.
Business is not complicated. You start with your vision, surround yourself with the right people (employees, vendors, prospects, and customers), and you lead!
The problem is that all this holding back, compromising, and pussy-footing around is not only hurting you, it’s actually hurting your business.

Success is not a zero sum game. You want your employees, customers, and friends and family all to experience the same joy and fulfillment that you want for yourself.
You’re not doing them any favors by letting them off the hook and taking a hit in their place.
